Order Changes & Cancellations
We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order has been submitted, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

Return Policy
At Suds, Sawdust & Such Craftworks, all products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, pattern, grain, texture, or appearance are normal and should be expected. No two items will be exactly alike.
Soap & Personal Care Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all soap and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Each product listing includes a complete ingredient list. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase. Suds, Sawdust & Such Craftworks is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Woodcrafted & Handmade Merchandise
Many handcrafted items are made using natural materials such as wood, which may contain unique grain patterns, knots, color variations, or naturally occurring imperfections. These characteristics are considered part of the item’s natural beauty and individuality and are not considered defects.
If you believe an item has a craftsmanship-related issue, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate issues fairly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personal care products, including soaps and beauty items
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
