Many products incorporate natural materials such as wood, dried florals, resin, or handmade soap ingredients. Naturally occurring knots, grain variations, color differences, small imperfections, and aging characteristics are part of the product’s handmade nature and aesthetic.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Suds, Sawdust & Such Craftworks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
