Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email has been received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Local Delivery

We proudly offer free local delivery within select areas of Fayetteville, Spring Lake, and Lillington, North Carolina.

Within 48 hours of placing your order, we will contact you by email and/or phone to arrange your delivery.


Local Delivery Options

Drop-Off Delivery

Your order will be delivered directly to your residence and left at your front door, porch, or designated delivery location.

Meet-Up Delivery

A mutually agreed upon public meeting location within the Fayetteville, Spring Lake, or Lillington area will be arranged for in-person delivery.


Local Delivery Schedule

Because we operate our business alongside full-time employment, local deliveries are generally scheduled outside normal business hours.

Weekday Delivery Windows

  • 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
  • 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Weekend Delivery Windows

  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as a small handmade business.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair resolution.
